No surprise an article like that wouldn’t appear in the NZ Herald. Certainly makes for interesting reading. I’m a big fan of Paul Mees in particular, his studies of Auckland’s transport make quite depressing reading but are certainly interesting and something that I hope Steven Joyce might be taking a look at.
